I’m back this year and excited to start my 56th year of guiding. After many years as a multi-species guide, I now have gone to the best action fishing in this area and certainly the most fun, Bass fishing. They often jump out of the water, pull hard and bite daily. We fish Gull Lake and surrounding nearby area lakes, plus a few secret lakes. Most of my clients do Catch & Release. I simply want you to catch fish and have fun!

I absolutely love being on the water and seeing my clients catching fish, especially the young anglers. I only fish mornings and only fish bass in the summer months, with some crappie fishing in the spring and fall.

Thanks to Dutch and the late Irma Cragun, this will be my 32^st season at the great Craguns Resort. Every day is different with bass fishing, day in and day out it’s going to be very good. My goal is for every person in the boat to catch fish. Most days every person will catch multiple fish. Take a photo, then release the fish.
